Suzzet Redick: Great booking site. The only reason I gave it one star was because of the customer service in Graf. He was very rude and did not want to explain why he wanted to charge me a fee, when the airline didn't charge me anything. He was extremely rude and left me with a sour taste in my mouth. I might never use this booking site again. Or if I do I will call the US number for help instead.
Tasja Brown: I have been using this travel agency for years and I personally love it. Hannes is the man to speak to for anything. We had to change our tickets because our Ets date changed.it went up 2 weeks. The airline wanted to charge us a lot of money for that. But as we all know the military isnt always on point when it comes to dates. However I contacted the airline about this fee. And Hannes helped us handle all that.it took 2 weeks but he eventually got the airline to change our tickets and the fee dropped from $400 to $40. But as Hannes told me,good things take time :-) He never left me uninformed we stayed in email contact daily about the issue.
vu nguyen: I don't normally write reviews, but this business has made me feel so negative that I had to write one. I would advise against any person from using this 3rd party airline company. Use satotravel instead because they will treat you properly. My incident happened when I needed to change my airline ticket due to TCS. It still hasn't been changed to this date through them and i've been through hell and back just trying to change it. I made the changes through the actual airlines, not through the 3rd party (usdtravel). Please do yourself a favor and not use this company!

Johanna Alvarado: Horrible customer service... Got issued a wrong ticket and then basically called stupid for trying to check in for the flight that my ticket showed... So no never again...
